AtlasCool was founded on a simple conviction: refrigeration compressors can be smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable than the industry standard. Since our founding in 2008, we have been engineering compressor systems that combine variable-speed precision, IoT connectivity, and natural refrigerant compatibility.

Today, with over 8,500 installations across 45 countries, our compressors power food processing lines, pharmaceutical cold chains, data center cooling plants, and industrial facilities on every continent. Our team of 55 R&D engineers continues to push the boundaries of what compression technology can achieve.

Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

Production Facilities

Our primary manufacturing facility spans 14,500 m² and houses dedicated production lines for screw, scroll, and reciprocating compressor assembly. Annual production capacity exceeds 6,000 compressor units across all product families. The facility operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management since 2012, with PED 2014/68/EU certification for pressure-bearing components.

Testing & Validation

Every compressor undergoes a standardized 4-stage acceptance test before shipment: (1) hydrostatic pressure test at 1.5x design pressure per PED requirements, (2) leak test using helium mass spectrometry to a sensitivity of 1×10⁻⁵ mbar·L/s, (3) full-load performance validation measuring cooling capacity, COP, and power input against published datasheet values, and (4) vibration analysis at rated speed with acceptance threshold of 4.5 mm/s RMS per ISO 10816. Test reports accompany each unit.
